The Pre & Primary Teachers Training course with Specialization in Teaching English is an effort on our part to give teachers an ultimate training program for teaching children between the age group of 1-14. The formative years of a child are the most critical period in his life. The intelligence and personality of a child is already formed by the time he reaches age 8. Objective :
This programme is designed to help interested adults to understand the development of children. It opens the way for adults to assist this process both at home and in school. The programme introduces the philosophy underpinning Montessori practice and some basic practical skills useful in interacting with children. The course would be of interest to teachers working in Montessori schools, to parents or expecting parents and childcare professionals from other fields.
Learner Outcome :
The principal goal of education is to create human who are capable of doing new things, not simply of repeating what other generations have done.
Observation :
Students will be required to observe a child in accordance with the assignment guidelines for about 6 hours outside of lecture hours. They will be required to record and submit a report on their observations.
