The vision of Transforming Academics into Skill Development enterprises with the help of innovative and creative teaching and learning techniques.
Our philosophies are:
• Kids Centric Projects Not Teacher Centric.
• Learning & Teaching using Reverse Mechanism.
• Focusing on Productivity rather than Production.
• Train-The-Trainer (TTT) and Test-The-Learner (TTL) with 3rd Party Assessment.
• Don’t Just Teach Children, Instead, influence their minds to follow the instruction.
• Providing the Right Lesson content for the Right Age Group at the Right Time.
• Don’t Teach Children on Your Way, Teach Them to Learn in Their Way.
• Instilling Innovative Methods Instead of a Monotonous Approach.
• Rely on Virtual Resource Person (VRP) with a Structured Curriculum rather than an Individual Teacher’s Ability.
21. How will the students study or learn without any books?
No Books, No Problem, Better Result
Thanks to the forward-thinking of EISE Pedagogy, our students quickly learn to love leaving the textbook behind and perform very well.
Textbooks are a core part of the curriculum, as crucial to the teacher as a blueprint is to a carpenter, so one might assume they are conceived, researched, written, and published as unique contributions to advancing knowledge.
In fact, most of these books fall far short of their important role in the educational scheme of things. They are processed into existence using the pulp (copy and paste) of what already exists, rising like a swamp (an area of low-lying, uncultivated ground where water collects) things from the compost (decayed organic material used as a fertilizer for growing plants) of the past. The mulch (material (such as decaying leaves, bark, or compost) spread around or over a plant to enrich or insulate the soil) is turned and tended by many layers of editors who scrub (abandon) it of anything possibly objectionable before it is fed into a government-run “adoption" system that provides mediocre material to students of all ages.
Some textbooks do a fabulous job of making the subject relevant, but others insult students’ intelligence by oversimplifying and fragmenting the subject matter so much that it becomes incomprehensible. Still, others explore only a few topics instead of a standard content set.
Without a textbook, EISE Pedagogy has created a curriculum that engages students by relating subjects to their everyday lives. Lessons become clearer when we link the topic to an issue that affects them personally.
Teaching without a textbook means more prep time, it means amassing and adapting curriculum from a wide variety of sources, including journals, lab books, Web sites, packaged curricula, and other teachers. It means mapping this collection to the standards of your school and state. In addition, it means proactively engaging and persuading the administration, the teaching staff, and the parents that ditching the textbook is in the student’s best interests. But it’s worth this effort. Our students are more engaged, they understand more and act out less, and they develop a deeper comprehension of the subject matter.
22. How will you supply the Worksheets?
We will supply all the worksheets through our LMS. You can download and print it. If the parents are not willing to print, digitized interactive worksheets will be provided through our LMS.
