EISE PEDAGOGY with ADDIE
ADDIE is an acronym for the five stages of a development process:
- Analysis,
- Design,
- Development,
- Implementation,
- Evaluation
Pre-Lesson Assessment
Pre-lesson assessment before each lesson in order to stimulate curiosity and enthusiasm in the student which brace (support) their concentration. Our pre-lesson assessment will for focus on the following w h questions.
Who, What, When, Where, Why, How?
Analysis Of Student’s Perception
Our Repeated assessment analyses the child’s level of perception and their learning path is designed accordingly.
Display of Rich Animations and Simulations
Display of exact syllabus contents through rich animations and simulations which is correlated to the EISE Pedagogy International conceptual curriculum where the students are elevated to the International standards.
- Visual Learning Experience
- Bite-sized content for self-paced learning
- Class, subject, and topic-wise categorization
- Curated and engaging multimedia content
EISE PEDAGOGY Blended Assessment (E-Workbook / E-Assessment)
OUR DRILL WILL THRILL STUDENTS.
Drilling the students THROUGH EISE PEDAGOGY BLENDED ASSESSMENT (E-WORKBOOK or E-ASSESSMENT) helps to excel in their academics. The purpose of the EISE PEDAGOGY E-ACTIVITY BLENDED ASSESSMENT PROJECT is not only assess the students but to enable the them to use interactive Web-based teaching and learning exercises which can be delivered to any Internet-connected computer equipped with a browser or devices.
There are five basic categories in the EISE PEDAGOGY E-ACTIVITY BLENDED ASSESSMENT suite:
- EISE BLENDED QUIZ(MCQ TYPES) E-LEARNING ACTIVITIES
- EISE BLENDED CLOZE (FILL IN THE BLANKS) E-LEARNING ACTIVITIES
- EISE BLENDED CROSS (CROSSWORD PUZZLE) E-LEARNING ACTIVITIES
- EISE BLENDED MIX (JUMBLED SENTENCES) E-LEARNING ACTIVITIES
- EISE BLENDED MATCH (MATCHING EXERCISES) E-LEARNING ACTIVITIES
Periodic Testing with Skill Auditing
Our periodic testing and skill auditing make sure every student understands the lesson thoroughly during the class sessions as well as homework assignments.
Parents’ Monitoring
The assessment at home corroboration (which means home validating) ensures that the parents participate and monitor the progression of the child.
Teaching & Learning Upskilling
Assessment of different application ensures the comprehensiveness of both teacher and the student.
Add On And Integration Of Indian School Syllabus With EISE PEDAGOGY And International Educational Resources
Elevate your school with International standards by practicing the EISE Pedagogy International curriculum in alignment or addition to your school Syllabus which results in unlocking and developing a child’s latent potential.
Paralleling Competitive Competency
All kinds of competitive exams, including NEET and JEEE, which need conceptual learning, are paralleled with our EISE Pedagogy.
The ADDIE model is a widely used instructional design framework that stands for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. It provides a structured approach to creating effective educational programs.
The ADDIE model is a structured approach to instructional design, ensuring that educational programs are effective and well-developed. Here’s a breakdown of each step:
- Analysis – This is the foundation of the model. It involves assessing the learners’ needs, defining objectives, and identifying constraints. Key questions include: What are the learning gaps? Who is the audience? What resources are available?
- Design – This step involves planning the overall structure of the instruction. It includes setting learning goals, choosing instructional methods, and determining how success will be measured. Storyboarding and prototyping are often used here.
- Development – This is where the actual learning materials are created. Whether it’s courses, presentations, videos, or interactive tools, everything is produced based on the design blueprint. Testing may also happen in this phase to refine materials.
- Implementation – The developed materials and strategies are put into action. Instructors and trainers begin delivering the content, and learners engage with the material. This phase often involves training facilitators and ensuring the environment supports learning.
- Evaluation – The final stage assesses the effectiveness of the instructional design. It includes formative evaluation (conducted throughout development) and summative evaluation (after implementation). Feedback is gathered to refine future iterations.
