Bridging the gap between rural and urban school kids by providing innovative English reading and speaking skill ability program

Every rural or village parent has a dream of their children to study well and more significantly to face the challenging-world with confidence. They expect their children to speak good English as a medium of communication to showcase their talents, achieved in Academics. Upper & Above middle class parents are achieving their goal very easily by sending their children to the best English schools and also spending and doing much at home to sharpen their kids’ skill. However the Middle, Lower class parents and rural areas parents are struggling to achieve their goal. Though the parents are sending their children to middle class English medium schools, the result is not satisfactory.

The kind of problems faced by rural English medium schools

Today in most of the rural English medium schools, though students are learning English as a medium, Spoken English among the students are far from reality. Very few students are able to speak English fluently. Most of them are not. These kinds of Schools are facing acute shortage of quality English speaking subject teachers. Schools are taking various steps to overcome the issue, but the problems are yet to be solved.

The Innovation that bring the changes

To overcome all the issues, E-KIDS has decided to bring an unique curriculum which will bring a result rather than just teaching at the same time we need to use the locally available resources. Our SPOKEN E-KIDS ENGLISH PROJECT make sure to bring an assured unique, innovative curriculum to rural schools and our SPOKEN E-KIDS ENGLISH ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY make sure that our objective and goals are met professionally.

We are also creating job opportunity for the local talents women in particular by enhancing their skill through our innovative training methodologies and to make sure that they are delivering the result as per our expectations and objective.

Impact of the innovation on the Base of the Pyramid Population

Since SPOKEN E-KIDS ENGLISH project has designed for nursery & primary school children, all our employees are women. Through our innovative Teaching Enhancement Skill development program we select under privileged women from the village and train them and bring the quality outcome from the students. Rural Women Examiners Direct Beneficiary. We select women examiners from the nearby villages and train them with structured question and answer mode in order to interact with the kids. Special short term speaking ability program will be taught to them. Structured and pre defined assessment questionnaire will be given to the Examiners.
The school children will be assessed by these Examiners
Rural Women Trainer Direct Beneficiary. Educated women from the nearby villages will be selected for this post and Special Teaching Enhancement Training will be provided.
Rural Women School Teachers Direct Beneficiary. Psychological concept training will be provided to all the teachers by the top level executives. Regular periodical training will be given to the school teachers. The rural school teachers along with Rural Women Trainer from the company will take the classes to the school children.
Rural School Children Direct Beneficiary. Each and every student will be focused and the proper reading skill with international accent is brought.
